Pattern Cutting
We can create patterns manually, from scratch or digitally, based on your design ideas and specifications. Our small team of pattern cutters have years of experience within the industry. We have a deep understanding of garment construction, fabric behaviour and design aesthetics. Your ideas will be translated into templates that serve as blueprints for assembling fabric into a unified garment. This process demands meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that seam lines match, grain lines are correctly placed, and the final garment achieves the desired fit and style. We can work from drawings, photos, sample garments or tech packs - whether you have one or all of them.
Sample Development
We offer support with existing patterns that may need alterations, or in developing an entirely new one. We will keep you informed at every stage of the process to ensure all garment components align with your vision. While we strive to exceed your expectations from the outset, this phase can be subjective, depending on the design assets provided and where you are in the process. As a result, you may require more than one sample. Sampling also allows you to evaluate the craftsmanship, durability and functionality of the garment, including comfort, wear and washability. It includes your custom-cut pattern, which is now fully owned by you, as well as the physical garment sample.
Garment Grading
Grading is a crucial step in ensuring your designs are production-ready. We offer a wide range of international grading charts tailored to your specific requirements, allowing your designs to be proportionally scaled up or down from the sample to create a complete size range. Grading ensures that your garments fit a variety of body sizes while preserving your original vision. The sampling service at IMMELSK Production includes not only pattern cutting and sample development but also garment grading - everything needed to make your designs production-ready.
